| PhD. Nguyễn Hiếu Minh | In 1999, Mr. Nguyen Hieu Minh received a master’s degree of Telecommunications at Military Technical Academy. In 2006, he received his doctorate at Saint Petersburg Electro-technical University “LETI”, Russia.
Minh has worked in the field of information technology and telecommunications in the country and abroad over 15 years. | PhD. Nguyễn Quý Sỹ | In 2003, Mr. Nguyen Quy Sy received a doctor’s degree of Network and Information at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam. Previously, he graduated of Electronics and Telecommunications at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1995.
Over 15 year working experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications fields in the country and abroad, Mr. Sy worked as an expert consultant on content delivery network system and information security at Korea National Institute of ICT Research for more than 1 year; in 2004, he was the deputy director of Softswitch technology Centre, Institute of Science and Technology for Post and Telecommunications; from 2004 to 2008, he was the deputy director of Board of Management of Science and Technology, Post and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. From 1995 to now, Mr. Sy took the lead and involved 1 consulting project at national level on new network technology and 8 researches and consulting projects ministerial level on IT network and services. At present, Mr. Sy mainly focuses on consulting projects in computer network solutions, data transfer, broadcast, TV and content delivery network system. |

Lê Ngọc Hà | In 2007, Mr. Le Ngoc Ha received a master’s degree of E-management at the Innotech – France and now, he has just completed his doctorate in Business Administration at Northcentral University, USA. He also took a course on Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, in 2010.

| PhD. Hà Hải Nam | In 2003, Mr. Ha Hai Nam received a master’s degree of Information Technology and then, in 2008, he received his doctorate on this field at Newcastle University, United Kingdom. Previously, he received a university degree in Telecommunications in 2000.
Mr. Nam has been working as an expert consultant for Forestry information management system project, Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development since 2009. Mr. Nam had working experience in information technology field and telecommunications in the country and abroad over 10 years. He worked at Newcastle University, United Kingdom for 4 year on some consulting projects such as Database, Pervasive Computing & Ambient Intelligent Systems, Computer Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision & Image Processing, and Spoken Language Identification. Mr. Nam also involved a research project at University of British Columbia, Canada in 2006. From 1995 to 2010, he took the lead and involved 3 international consulting projects and 10 projects at national level on IT services. | Dr. Phạm Mạnh Lâm | In 1992, Mr. Pham Manh Lam received a master’s degree Telecommunications Technology subjects, and then, in 1998, he received his doctorate at specialty Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand. Previously, he graduated of Electronics at the University of Labor, Belgium in 1984, and with university degrees in English and political theory in Vietnam.
He has worked in the field of information technology and telecommunications in the country and abroad over 25 years. Dr. Lam took the lead and involved 14 consulting projects or scientific topics on IT and telecom at national level and ministerial level, such as project “Development planning Information technology and communication of key economic regions of Vietnam”, project “Developing information network linking the northern key economic region “,” Consultant reviews the impact of convergence to the state management of information technology and communications”, “Development planning of human resources of ICT to 2020″,”Building ICT Development Strategy of Vietnam in 2010 and orientations to 2020.”. Previously, he graduated of Information Technology Engineer at Hanoi University of Technologies in 1995 and received a bachelor’s degree of Psychology Roxtov on Don University, Russia.
Over 17 year working experience in Information Technology and Teaching fields in the country and abroad, Mr. Viet worked as an advisor on Data Analysis and Data Management for undergraduate and postgraduate public health students at Hanoi School of Public Health. | MBA. Cao Steven | In 1969, Mr. Cao Steven received the Master of Business Administration at School of Commerce and Business, Administration and European School of Management (ESCP-EAP). He also got the Canada Certified Accountant at McGill University – Montreal Canada in 1978, Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A) and Professional Certification in Software Applications Development in 1983 at the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA).
